ASA Women USA Selects Five Towns for Cancer and Maternal Health Medical Mission **JUNE 28 - JULY 7, 2012**

UmuAnambra, Friends, and Well-wishers,

ASA Women in the USA is a nonprofit organization, founded on the premise of raising awareness to issues affecting all women, children, youth and physically challenged persons in Anambra State through education; early prevention and detection of Breast and Cervical Cancer is our mission.

ASA Women in the USA has selected five towns for its maiden breast health, cervical cancer and maternal health medical mission beginning June 28 and ending July 7, 2012 in Anambra State, Nigeria. The Towns are:
  1. Odekpe 
  2. Nise
  3. Amichi
  4. Umueze Anam 
  5. Umuoji

We received a large pool of applications from across the globe. We congratulate the selected towns and regret that we could not select all the towns that applied. The towns not selected this time shall be given priority consideration for 2013.

We respectfully thank Rt. Hon. Princess Chinwe Nwaebili, Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly for her participation and support. Our other mission to orphanages and donation of equipment grants to the skilled women, widows, girls & physically challenged persons in Anambra State will be in December, 2012

Personnel needed: Medical Professionals: Breast surgeons, Gyne Oncologists, Gynecologists, General surgeons, Surgical Assistants, Radiologists, Radiation Oncologist, Physicians, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Registered Nurses, Medical Records, Education Professionals, Documentarians and all other medically affiliated professionals.

Funding Request: We are seeking funding and equipment donation. Help us help these women and children. This is a mission with passion and purpose.
